Hi! Instead of storing the cake in the fridge for 2-4 hours, could you store it for 12-18 hours? And if you store it for that long in the fridge, can you leave it uncovered? Or does it need to be stored in a box to avoid crusting or any other issues to the frosting? Thank you!

I didn’t get the timing of keeping on fridge. Will you please explain that. I mean after the cake is fully done can I put that into fridge for like one day? Will it crack ? And when do I need to take it out before serving please ?

This is WAY more beginner than I was looking for. Despite that, I really appreciate seeing a video that’s truly for beginners. It’s easy to forget that some people are truly starting from scratch, and might not have anyone to have taught them these beginner steps. I still watched the whole video and must admit I learned a couple of small things I didn’t know. Great video.

I have bought cakes from bakeries that tasted like that sugar water syrup 😡. I always have to explain myself to every bakery I purchase from, telling them that I DO NOT like the flavour of that in my cake, it tastes like cheap cake! I mean if you are a good baker you shouldn’t need it right?
