    I love your videos! I notice you don’t use the stand mixer as much as I would have expected, particularly for kneading. Is that because you have better success with hand kneading or just making the recipes more accessible for those who don’t have a stand mixer?

  25. Based on the brick I made in my new bread machine yesterday, Im all thumbs at baking. I am determined to learn to bake as well as I can. Hopefully, I wont poison myself along the way. Course is awesome!

  41. Good video, although I have to disagree about the electric mixer, yes of course I will use one, but I don’t think that my grandmother or certainly her mother had that kind of tools, and yet they made great stuff in the kitchen anyway.
